Don't use that power supply. It's crap.
If you need a cheaper PSU from a reliable brand, common ones include Enermax, Antec, FSP, Sparkle, SeaSonic, and XClio.
Enermax, FSP, and Seasonic actually build their own PSU's...they aren't rebranded. They make several high-end PSU lines for several big-name companies. Seasonic in particular manufactures for Antec, Corsair, and PC Power and Cooling, among others. FSP Build's Antec's Basiq series.
If you're going to go for a case/psu combo, go for Antec.
This will probably drive the cost up a bit, but if a crappy power supply blows up on you, you'll likely end up replacing several other components as well.
Honestly, I would go with an AMD 785G or 880G motherboard and an Athlon II X2 processor. It may drive the cost up a bit, but the onboard graphics chip is MUCH better than anything on an Intel board. It's capable of hardware acceleration, which should help quite a bit when watching high-def movies...or even Youtube/Hulu videos. Also, if you get an Am3 board, you should be able to upgrade it when AMD's next generation of processors comes out...definitely a bonus.
