HP Driver help....

Im working with a hp pavilion dv6000...I reformatted the laptop and evidently lost some drivers. So far all Ive noticed is the audio. So I typed into google " hp pavilion dv6000 drivers " took me here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&os=228&product=1842155#N663

I downloaded both audio drivers and still no sound

What should I do now?

In the Device Manager (Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager), is there any unknown devices?

And what OS are you running?

I had this problem this week with a HP 5850, and it got resolved by doing a window's update.
