please help me.

everytime i download something on the internet that is an exe. every time i try to run it i get an error telling me its corrupted so i reinstalled my windows and its still doing it. it just recently started happening last night, one of my friends was telling me i probaly have a bad hard drive but i ran check disk and it had no errors. could i possibly have a bad hard drive,right before i built the system it fell off the top of my case a short fall but it still worked so i figured it was okay. the only way i am able to install anything off the internet is by using the bypass command line. any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried downloading the files with more than one browser? Do you get the same issue across both?

yeah i tried it with google chrome and i was able to download and install everything but when i tried it before i reinstalled windows i couldnt do it either way so i guess its working now
