Wireless Router

I have a question and I'm not too smart when it comes to computers. I currently have my wireless router hooked up to my modem with my desktop in a spare bedroom. The connection I get to my laptop, xbox, and ps3 is not always that great. Therefore I was hoping to move my router into my bedroom to get it closer to those things or just hardwire my xbox and ps3 to the router. The only problem is the router is across the house in another room. Is there a simple solution I just don't know about or am I out of luck. Thank you in advanced to any posts.

Well, you'll either have to run the wires through the house (you can use heating vents or go through the basement or something like that) or you'll have to move the router/modem.
