Charging problems

Hi I am not sure this is the right place for this topic but I took a stab in the dark.

My lap top will not charge while I am using it but charges fine when switched off, also when in use it constantly flashes 0% battery although the battery meter reads 100% battery and it will continue to work for the full length of time. I have done a system reinstall to new avail. Whats the problem?

Check your laptop manufacturer's website for updates to your battery charging system. Happened to my HP lappy one time and a good update took care of it. Though mine wouldn't charge at all. It would just turn off if unplugged at all. Same concept applies.
