Low FPS

I am a gamer (mainly World of Warcraft) and have been playing lately on my laptop with the specs below:

HP Pavilion dv5 Notebook PC
Intel Core2 Duo CPU P7350 @ 2Ghz 2Ghz
3 GB Ram
Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I know that this is not a gaming PC what so ever but was wondering if there was a way to improve performance. In game, I'll get about 5-20 FPS depending on where I am within the game and how many other people are on my screen. Is there any way to raise my FPS? I would love to get a graphics card installed but I do not think this laptop has that option. Thanks in advance.

No you can't on a DV5. Nothing huge at least. No way to upgrade your video card. Allocate it more memory possibly?

The best you can do is play with settings, and possibly change DirectX versions, or run it in OpenGL (WoW can do that, right?)

tbh, I would just game on a desktop. Even the cheapest of desktops can outpace most laptops.

Agree with Foothead. Laptop gaming is much more expensive and the price/performance ratio isn't very good.
