If I take a VOB file to H.264 and use a Bit Rate of 9800 kbps I know output video file will look just as good.
But then I see things on the net that say
H.264 will let you use Lower Bit Rates and still give you the same file out put as the original VOB file from a DVD
So a DVDs VOB file has Bit Rate of 9800 kbps so if I am going to turn this into say an AVi file and want it to look the same Video Qwality I can use a Bit Rate of 1500 kbps or do I have to stick with 9800 kbps????
