install win7 from USB drive

Still not getting this to work. When booting on new machine i get bootmgr not found. There are like 1000 different ways to do this and none have worked. What is the best way to do this and what am i missing?

EDIT:
Fixed, I downloaded the 32bit bootsec mgr file and placed in root of flash drive. I'm up an running now
