Change the background of the login screen>Win 7

I want to change the background of the login screen on Windows 7. Does anyone know how to do this? I changed my user picture, but i want to change the whole background.

Yup. Figured it out. Have to create a registry file and then create a folder in the Windows folder. (Well it's a little bit more involved than that but...)
