42" Lcd

Im going to be getting a 42" plasma for my computer as a monitor and wanted to no which setting i need to set so i can have the whole screen on the monitor....

for ati cards, go into CCC and make it at 1080 res, and make the oversize percent at max.

I have a 42inch LG Plasma connected to my tower. All I did was right click on desktop/ properties /display properties.

Im using a VGA cable BTW. I only get sound from my speakers that I have connected to my pc and not the tv itself.

You probably have a sound jack just below the VGA port on the tv.
You could get a Y-splitter for the computer and an Audio cable.
To have sound on the speakers and tv speakers.


For my 32" I just right clicked on the desktop and adjust as needed.
