Review for AnimeAppeal.com

I'm shutting off public access to AnimeAppeal.com on May 2nd. I'm not throwing in the towel just going off in another direction. So in the meantime while public access is still open...

What I'm looking for is a review on these 3 styles only. I am no expert on making these but I'm learning quickly. The target items I'd like to be looked is:
1> Over all layout.
2> Color and gradient usage.
3> The header layout.
4> The drop down help menu. (button under the random pictures to the right)
5> Firefox compatibility.

Anime sites are a dime a dozen. I failed to fine a nitch or hook or whatever you call it to make me different from the rest. Not being up on coding I find it daunting to make a snazzy style that's got the ooh ahh factor. The blue style I made I think is pretty good but Tom the site is lacking something overall. Until I can put my finger on it it's pretty much circling the drain.
