I have that motherboard. I wish I went with an Asus. This board doesn't give you a whole lot of features.

Well I will be using it mostly for gaming and such. Thinking about it I think I could do a budget of $2000.

If you're interested in gaming, don't get a notebook.

If you do decide on a notebook, don't buy consumer models. This includes Compaq, Dell Home, HP Home, Asus, and Acer. I'm not saying they're bad, but there are some business notebooks that give a nice ratio of durability and performance as well as an outstanding warranty service.
