How can I tell if 192.168.1.113 is a hacker?

I use Micro Trend Anti-Virus and occasionally it finds the IP 192.168.1.113 connecting to my wireless network. It says the computer name is DONALD-PC and the MAC address is 00:21:63:BA:09:65. I don't know if it is the router or perhaps my father's computer (however, his is never connected to any wireless network) or what. Please help.

It's probably your neighbor. What model router do you have? You want to put WPA encryption on your wireless network ASAP.

WEP is easy to hack, WPA is harder.

It's a Linksys 2.4 GHz. How do you enable the encryption?
