Unfortunately, that board doesn't support that CPU, but instead, I could supply my board that I use it in. Since it's got 2 DIMM slots, I could sell it to you for...say 60 bucks? Includes the heatsink/fan with it.

Oh boy, it's an Acer board. It comes with 8CH audio, 4 USB, 2 USB headers, 2SATA, 2IDE, a Firewire port, supports DDRII 533/667. It's an SiS 672 chipset.
