Just wondering if someone can help and tell me if anything looks sus... I have had some spyware issues lately and my internet has been going slow at night times (and dropping out).

It says I have no more spyware but at night time my internet connection is sitll faulty, slow and drops out constantly. During the day it works fine. I have been trying to fix it for 5 months now with no help from my ISP.

Do you use Verizon? Mine has been doing that for along time, it will randomly drop, then ten seconds later turn back on. Every time I have called them they say "Call back when it turns off" or something. Basically, I never get any help.
