Network cut-off on D-link 524 & DWL-120+

It make sense... I really see few wireless networks in the list... How do I prevent from my adapter trying to connect them?

Seems to me like something in the area might be cutting your system like a cordless phone using the 2.4GHz band or posibly a microwave. How close do you live to your neighbors

it will only connect to networks youve connected to before. click on the wireless icon. click on properties, then wireless networks. make sure your network is at the top

I'm far away from my neighbours so I don't think it may be the problem.

My network is in the top but the other network are visible... How can I prevent my machine trying to connect them?
