Overheating problem

My pc currently overheats really fast now. I think it is my liquid cooling (thermaltake) problem. When it over heats I start it up it makes a "du-do-du-do" sound and later on proceeds to a message saying that "your computer has resulted in a thermal..." Also I see a date which has been expired on the side of the water pump.

What do I do? Thanks!

also i think its time for a new pump i would not turn on the computer intill u get a new pump and refill the system

I can feel that the thermal take is hot. So how do i install a new pump? should i upload the sound it makes?
