then post more details about your problem when trying a new OS on it.
you said you have a couple kicking about we need specifics did u download em ? what are they XP / linux or what ?
when you put the disk in does it allow you to boot ?
if so what happens then ?
and when exactly do you hit this brick wall and what happens ? blue screen or what do u get a message what do u mena by brick wall you gotta be more specific if you need people to help you out
