Lately I've been hearing alot about identity theft and the sort, and I'm wondering what the best program is to get rid of or at least detect Keyloggers and other nastys like that. I run AdAware and SpyBot Search and Destroy, but im sure those arnt enough. Help me out please!

Yes Raffaz is spot on, as long as you keep it up to date your av/spyware programs will come up with a fix for new viruses and spyware.
Just make sure you scan often regularly and don't open things you don't know anything about, i see your using Spybot and Adaware they should be surfficent. I have both of those and Nod32 av.

I would just like to add, Root Kit Revealer from www.sysinternals.com & Hijack this from http://www.hijackthis.de/

With Hijack this you should post the results or you can run them through the site above and the website will analyze the log for you. (very useful).

registryprot 2.0 from http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=regprot

RegistryProt is a 100% free, standalone, compact, low-level realtime registry monitor and protector, that adds another dimension to Windows security and intrusion detection. By monitoring important locations and keys in the Windows system registry, RegistryProt will alert whenever a key is added or changed, and then give the option of accepting the key change, reverting back to the original key setting, or deleting the key.

Thanks very much. Looks like my computer is fine, but I just want to be carful, I play alot of online games like WoW and Guild Wars, and needless to say, I would be a little unhappy to have an account hacked due to a trojan or keylogger or something.

Registry Hack

How to close TCP port 445 which is used for SMB over TCP for Windows XP.

You can easily close port 445 on your computer. To do so follow these instructions:

Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).

Locate the following key in the registry:

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\
Services\NetBT\Parameters

In the right-hand side of the window find an option called TransportBindName.

Double click that value, and then delete the default value, thus giving it a blank value.

Close the registry editor.

Reboot your computer.

After rebooting open a command prompt and in it type

netstat -an

See that your computer no longer listens to port 445.

Here are some more excellent tools for spyware/rootkits/malware issues.

Rootkit revealer is the best program I have seen so far in detecting rootkits. The guy who created it was the same guy who found the Sony rootkit.

What ever security products you are using or decide to use it is VITAL to keep them updated if there is an automatic liveupdate feature make sure it`s turned on and occasionaly run it manually
