Removing Trojan

no this is not the same computer. Does anyone know how i can remove those to trojans manually mainly the first one. Every time i turn on the internet i get the same pop-up over and over. Ex are mania.tv, oj Simpson's, and like a virus cleaner and stuff like that.

I know I might get flamed for this, but when you get more than half a dozen malware/viruses on a machine, and if you've already have all your data backed up to an external drive. It can be quicker (and you have a fresh machine) to simply reload the OS, or if you think ahead, dump the ghost image your created when you first built the machine back onto the drive.
