IP address help needed please

I have just connected 2 computers using a netgear DG834 router and my IP has changed from dynamic to static.I am on AOL broadband and I was always dynamic when running 1 pc
Is there any way I can run 2 pc's and be dynamic.
This is my first post and help would be really really appreciated.
Dynamic address required for matched betting purposes.

The IP is the same when I click on a site which gives you your IP address

Even after you reboot your pc and connect again?
The only other thing i can suggest is to read through the T&C's for you ISP. Although most advertise *no limit's* there is usually something in place for people constantly downloading such as a Static IP (where you would usually be assigned a dynamic) for monitoring.
They can then restrict (if they need too) your connection.
