Here is my results, im doing this because my computer is randomly restarting and its proboly some malicious virus crap. Im not exactly sure what to do and Im in a hurry incase the comp restarts right now.

that way you can always use it when you need it. I do that so I don't have to wait to get responses. Also, it's pretty accurate in my experiences. I unfortunately don't really know how to read those logs as well as some others here probably do.

Also, I copied and pasted your log there. You have an awful lot of symantec stuff running, maybe something bypassed it which isn't hard to do. I'd suggest getting a different and more agressive virus scanner but that's just my opinion. Hope all works out or you.

Ya I remembered using hijackthis.de a while back so I did it after I posted this. I found out 2 things that I took out for sure, but the symantec stuff I thought was associated with Norton Antivirus?!?! was I wrong and shoult I get rid of the "unknown" symantec stuff?

The symantec stuff will be associated with norton, but there are better antivirus software than this IMO. NOD32 by eset is probably the best on the market IMO

I use AVG AntiVirus, but that doesn't have much to do with the HiJackThis log.

Do you have a firewall installed?

i hate spyware. thats why my name is what it is. i also have exp in other malware too. Please check and fix O2 - BHO: N.Cs4 - {E14DCE67-8FB7-4721-8149-179BAA4D792C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsock32.sys (file missing). Then run your antivrus software if it is reliable enuff. norton is fine. If that doesn't slove it plz use anti spyware material.
