Impossible or not?

It might sound impossible.
I want that when somebody in my computer types specific word in any window or program, alert pop-ups to them or something else happens when that word is typed.

For example if that specific word is cat and when I just typed that in this forum, message should pop-up to me or something else that alerts me.

Possible but I dont know a program that currently does it.

Because someone in my family to type specific word, that's all

does anyone know a program that can do that? or maybe this possible without program?

ohh, like swearing??? get net nanny, i had it, really annoying, but blocks swearing and i think pops up and says no, it will also autmatically close any programs or websites with swearing in it, and you can add/remove words to filter!
