What permissions needed to do this?

We have someone on our network who is using winxp(all the rest of us win2k), she logs in as a user with no admin prives on her comp. She was attempting to setup burning software to burn CDs but no burning program will recognize the dvdrw unless we are logged into admin. What am i missing here, which permissions does she need on her user account to be able to access the dvdrw in a burning software? The dvdrw comes up fine in "my computer" and everywhere else.

NERO has an add-on for their software called "Nero Burn Rights." Install this as an administrator, and it will allow you to give burn access to users. Assuming you're using NERO software. I'm not sure if it will work with other software.
