Hey,
I need some help with securing my Network Connection. It is a wireless with E-Connect I believe. And it is a linksys connection. I believe I need to secure my network because I am having bad interference with the connection from cordless phones, laptops, and other wireless devices. Please show/teach me how to secure and I would be ever grateful.
Thanks,
Duke

I don't quite get the correlation between having bad interference and the need to secure your network. Securing your network means securing it against intruders, not against interference.

The way in which you'd go about securing the network depends on which operating system you are using. If this is Windows, you probably need to log in to the wireless router, choose the encryption type (WPA is best), set a password, and then use this pass word when telling windows to connect it to the wireless network.

If your experiencing interference then most routers have a setting somewhere to change the channel number, so have a look for that
