Hello to all. I am in need of help. I have a Dell Inspiron E1705. When I bought it, I added an option to have the Creative Audigy Advanced MB. Yesterday, my laptop crashed and I have had to clear my hard drive and install a new operating system. Dell gave me a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Advanced MB CD for reinstallation but I am having problems with it. I put the cd in and everything works great untill it opens a web browser and makes me fill in the activation key and the reason for reinstallation. I enter my key and it is the exact same as on the cd so I know that it is correct. However the site keeps telling me that there is an error check the key. I don't know what is wrong. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thank you.
