Because Overclocking doesn't mean it will occur a noticable difference. High OCs are around 100MHZ more, but they artifact and fail. A good OC is around 30MHZ. Tat's nothing in performance change.

A noticable difference is like having a 250MHZ GPU and a 500MHZ GPU...that's faster.

It just depends on the card. For a card of that age, performance won't be too much of a difference.
