A Citrix question, any help is greatly appreciated

Hello, wonder what your thoughts would be on this question? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

In a Citrix environment, if a user complains of overall system slowness when running programs that are installed on the Citrix server in the same local network as the user's workstation, what are the most likely causes?

Could be the network- network vs users. This is one server? How many users are hitting it at once? What are the server specs? As you can see, there are many questions that go along with your question. It's hard to generalize your question, and give the correct reponse. If I had to give a solid response, I would say it's probably the server load.
