Yes it does. You make and it goes. You can't bump it yourself 
I don't know about the situation of a month that a problem occured and it's not been solved and the guy bumps it up with updates... This may be accepted, but I don't know.

Man your quite a bit hard on yourself. Useless i think not, you've helped me with at last half a dozen computer problems, and that's just me. I can imagine you've helped out a lot more people. So i think you should cheer up and know that your valued on this forum.
