what is the difference between a video gmae PUBLISHER and DEVELOPER?

I think the publisher like writes the codes out , and the devolper distributes it like burns them onto the cd/ dvd's im not sure just taking a guess

PUBLISHER = makes thousands or millions of copies of the game(s) to be sold

Take Battlefield 2 for example...

DICE is the devolper. and EA Games is the publisher. The developer is the team/company that designs the game. The publisher is the one who markets and sells the game. Developers are the one's making the games and tryign to sell them to publishers, such as EA Games.

Go to ITT Technical Institute. They have a program specifically designed and structered for those who want to design specifically video games. I suggest you check it out.

i doubt it, i want to become an executive... so that way i will be rolling in the dough... lol
