PS- AOL Dialup changes IP about every 30 minutes, that might be the way to go, but the speeds are pathetic.
I've looked at that site, it seems that it is inviting illegal practices, unless you can satisfactorily explain to me that it is not, remove the link, if I have to do it myself, watch out.

Just renew your up.. in some cases... you can simply unplug your modem for awhile (40 mins or so) and it will do it. for cable anyway

Keith, please explain just how have the contributors have not kept to the topic.
