why dont you take a screw driver, snips to school and it will work, get the BIOS out and snip the end to wires and rap foil to them both, this will then bring power to the both and cancel all the networking.

don't your college or school lock the computer cases?

Its doesnt make a difference if youre a restricted user or not. Youre only restricted once you sign in with a certain account in Windows.

even if you do some how get into the safemode you probally wont be able to do anything since youll be off the network its not worth it

thats what i have been telling them, you can not login a network on Safe Mode

Youre best option is to get firefox if you can and use a proxy to get aroiund the internet. I reccomend going to https://www.ultrareach.net then typing www.samair.ru/proxy in the box and clicking the button go to a proxy w/ your country
