Wowexec.exe

Is wowexec.exe a ligitament program? I found it in the taskmanager, along with ssstars.scr which is a screensaver but the screensaver was not up and running because I was using the computer. Just wondering...

i believe it has something to do with that stupid Dr. Watson.. it seems to show up after doctor watson kicks in
