Let me know what you think of the website I just recently opened over at www.sdmlanreview.com. It has around eight articles / reviews, 12 members, and over 320 posts.
Well it has an odd name, and it's powered by php-puke(I mean Nuke ).
Seriously php-nuke is the slowest, most attackable (loads of big wide open holes for hackers), crap CMS there is. However, the theme is great and I can see that the content is building up (Tip: check out http://www.articlecity.com for free content that you can freely post onto your website). I am not too keen on the way the navigation is laid out, but that is just another thing about PHP-Nuke I don't like.
So here is some advice: Change the CMS to someting like e107 or PHP-Fusion (google for them - but DON'T use XOOPS), and you have a winning site. Also PM me if you want a link exchange.
I personally am not too big of a PHP-Nuke fan, but this site is so, so modded, and has a protector system and most of the bugs ironed out. It works for what I need it to do. e107 looks cool as well, mmm...invision board.
