Sticky Keys

What the hell are they? I was unsuspectingly pressing the shift key (for 8 seconds apparently) and this sticky keys thing popped up. I pressed cancel, and now the bloody thing writes in caps even though caps lock is off!

What the hell are sticky keys?! Apart from being very very annoying!

Shortcut keys or some crap. Turn them off in the control panel.

Oh god I hate the Stciky Keys! I had that exact problem ages ago - it was terribly annoying!
