Website to aid my study

Good day fellas,

I am familiar with various programming languages, but I've never attempted any web programming. For one of my courses, I will be asked to give the following information regarding 100 out of 500 aircraft:

-Aircraft name
-Manufacturing company
-Manufacturer's location
-Amount produced
-Configuration
-Take off weight
-Major design features
-Date of first flight

I want to build a website where I can have text boxes to input this information for each aircraft given its picture, then I want to be able to click a button and have it display the correct information next to my input. What would be the best language for me to do this in. Also, are there any free domains I can acquire?
