YouTube is using very advanced technology to convert your videos on the fly and brodcast them online. The simples way is to convert all videos manually and brodcast in Flash, WMV or QuickTime format.

You could upload the youtube video script to your site. Even though I know where to get it, I don't know if it is commercial or free...

i have a site similar to that but you can watch tv shows and movies...we dont host the content ourselves (for certain reasons) but people can submit links from other sites and we put the videos in....

You need to give a command to your server to change mpg, avi video files to FLV format. And you need a Flv player, too.
