Table Border Colours

I'm having some trouble with the tables on my website.
they show as a red border in Internet Explorer 6 and in Macromedia Dream-Weaver however they do not show in Mozilla's browsers such as Netscape, Firefox. and look completey different again in Opera. (i have not tested it in IE7 and refuse to install it, its ass)

how can i fix it so it always has the red borders?

this is due to a difference in the rendering engine between MSIE and netscape based browsers.

thus instead of just bordercolor you need to set bordercolor and the 3D elements bordercolorlight and bordercolordark

have you tried setting the colours in CSS
