Question question about WYSIWYG web development software

Is Dreamweaver a good program to use to develop websites? I need to factor in ease-to-use, features and compatibility issues since I have to develop a website for a sch project. Which development software would be best for developing sites that work in both IE and Firefox with no problems?

I personally use Dreamweaver. I love it! Nothing beats it, in my opinion.

Yea! Dreamweaver is awesome and what I use. You could also use Adobe GoLive! which is great to.
