Programmer wanted
I am not very knowledgeable about computer programming or web site design therefore I require a person who is capable of creating a complex website for me, that would allow multiple users to log on and build profiles etc. I am not looking for a business to do it for me but a person who could come on as a contract employee. My question is, are there any online resources that would help me to find talented web site programmers or where could I begin looking? Also, what educational background and experience should I be looking for?
