Problem with website. Help!

Hey guys! I'm working on a project for one of my classes and it seems that something is wrong with the web address. Is there anything I can do to view the information? Thanks in advance.

Here is the message I get when the page comes up:

We're going to need a lot more information to try and help I'm afraid! What exactly are you trying to do? Write a web page? In what language? Is it a page you've written or one you're looking at that's causing the problem? Have you tried anything to solve the problem already? If so, what?

Are you making a website for a school project using microsoft word? I had to do that.
