I'm an amateur when it comes to computers, but I assume they have an add on for mozilla where you can either put a sticky note on either a tab or on part of the browser temporally. another thought was possibly sketching your own note with some sort of paint add on. If anyone knows of an add on like these please let me know.

Try Xsticky-Tool. You can activate it with CTRL-ALT-A. You can add a sticky close the website go back to the site and the sticky should still be there. There are probably others but just do a search under the add-ons for sticky note.
