Sorry I Googled it wrong. (the mirror site)

I found the installer on the PHP.net website and was going to post, but forgot about it.

I going to download it later and set it up, maybe it will all come back to me then!

That quote is on their regular site here:

but maybe they haven't updated the documentation to include their installer! LOL

Documentation is a headache to do, I NEVER liked doing it. There are a lot of topics at the bottom of that page that should help a lot too. Before I was running PHP 4.0 on Apache (don't know which version) and MySQL on Windoze ME. Worked pretty good, and I think the Apache has gotten easier to install.

unless you are using windows, in which case it's unnecessary hassle,

in fact even on Linux ist's unnecessary hassle. since there is precompiled releases that work out of the box.
