I'm looking for a Online Help Builder (to replace RoboHelp) and would be grateful for some recommendations, good/bad experiences, etc.
So far I've found West Wind Html Help Builder 4.0 and HelpBreeze 3.0 Suite but I'm not sure which is more user-friendly and preferable...
A feature that the Builder must have is the ability to determine that different users have different access to the online help, for example that for some users only certain parts of the online help are visible.
