ObeDBConnection/Command Grayed Out

Hello again.

I'm trying to use ASP.net and Visual Basic to create a connection between a website and a access database and I have run into wall.

I'm using Visual Web Developer 2008 Express
First, I couldn't get ObeDBConnection or ObeDBCommand to come up at all, even when I clicked them on in "Choose Items..."
I found them though, they were greyed out in the Validation section.
Greyed out being the keyword there.

What do I have to do to get them to work?
