this MIGHT sound stupid but...music help??

for the sites that i use, i've always just used the URL's from other sites, like this

Link to music sharing site deleted...

but i was just wondering if there was any way to do this myself, because i'm finding that some of the songs i want, aren't being "hosted" by the music sites...

soooo i was just curious if there was an easier way for me to host audio files to have their own URL instead of using other peoples?
