Making buttons for embedded audio.

I want to embed this audio file, http://www.archive.org/download/Without_you_1/a_lesser_evilwithout_you.mp3 , into my website but i dont like the way the default quicktime plaer looks so i want to construct my own buttons out of images. I wanted to know if this was posable within javascript of if flash is needed.

Also if anyone knows how to do it with java and could just do the code fore me and send it over i would be very grateful because im a "noob" at site making.
