Well if you're that brilliant you should know how to do a Javascript Form?

Seriously; you'll find a book on Javascript and as you don't know about Javascript Forms it will have things you don't know about and more than enough stuff on them.

I did give you a link to a number of reasonable sources. One of my old favourites for Javascript is JavaScriptKit.

I've been to the library today and they don't have ANYTHING about Javascript, just HTML and SS!

Hmmm... consider going to a proper Library?

You're more likely finding it on the internet though - and it would be easier - if all you want to do is find Javascript Forms. Browse the links I gave you at least :P
