right ive just about finished the site im still fine tuning though. right say if i clicked on the forum button this now it would come up on a new page how can i make it so it opens in the borders of the page?

you can have it go to forums.html or soemthing and have that page have

<iframe src="http://computerforums.org"></iframe>

how can you change the size of the box?
