I downloaded a free web template and extracted the files. Now, i have "Index.html", "style.css", and some "PSD" file. I've already pasted the index.html into the notepad and started editing it around to fit my needs, but what do i do with the other ones? are they needed in some way? when i click on style.css it tries to open up dreamweaver but my free trial is expired so that's no good

the psd file is a photoshop file, and it used to edit the images. you only need it if you want to edit the pre made images.
the css folder needs to be uploaded along with the html file. its a stylesheet, so contains info about the colour, size, etc of your page.
